People born today can expect to live longer than people in previous generations. What are some of the positive and negative implications of this phenomenon? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In recent decades, people are witnessing loner lives when compared to earlier generations.
Although
there are some concerns associated with
this
trend, I think that it has more optimal outcomes. On the one hand, people face a couple of issues when growing older. On the societal front, the safety of an older person remains questionable in today’s society. Because the younger generation is devised to run a

As a result
, many of them are hiring day keepers to look after their parents, who

For example
, a recent survey conducted on crime showed that 73% of the robbers in the US are

Therefore
, it leads to inevitable suffering at that age.
On the other hand
, leading a longer life has potential benefits in today’s world.
Firstly
, excellent examples can be drawn from the experience of elders. In order to build a stronger nation with a concrete foundation, the expertise of the older generation would play an important role in guiding the youngsters.
For instance
, India which is going to be the strongest nation with more youth among the world countries in 2022, is built under the guidance of the great inspirational scientist Abdul Kalam.
Secondly

In conclusion, despite the fact that there are some drawbacks constituted by leading longer lives, I support the argument that
this
trend will continue to have potential benefits to mankind.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
