and the society. There are various causes for having kids late in the

. The most common factor for

approach would be, to become financially stable.

means performing well in the work place and acquiring raises and promotions which might take a couple of years.
On the other hand
, some people might want to spend as much as time possible exploring the world which might be difficult to do with kids.
For Instance
, climbing mountains will much easier without carrying an infant. Infertility plays a major role irrespective of gender, age and profession in recent times.A recent study shows that, there is a 20% increase in infertility among men and women over 35 years in the past 5 years. Having kids very late in the

might create a few impacts.One of which is we might not be able to communicate better as there will be a huge generation gap between us. The
next
would be we would have to work longer as we need to provide for them at least till they are independent. Research shows, for every year they delay in having a kid after 35 they add 2 more years in their employment. To recapitulate, due to reasons like financial stability, freedom to travel and infertility people decide to have kids late in their
life
, the consequences include more generation gaps, and longer employment for the parent.
