individuals will stay healthy and energetic during the day. Another solution would be that they should sleep early in the nights for at least 7 to 8 hours.

, if one finds difficult to spend time at the gym or pay hefty amounts of money on gym memberships, yoga and meditation are the best options which can be done at home anytime. To conclude, as we see above,
lack
of sleep could be very dangerous for individuals as it invites serious diseases. A proper sleep is required to stay healthy and active, and that can be achieved while doing some regular exercise, yoga, or meditation.
