Space travel to the moon is considered as “a step of mankind.” But some people think that space travel has made little difference to people’s lives today. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is a well-known fact that
space
 exploration has been one of the major breakthroughs of human history. While some people claim that the
space
 industry has little to do with our lives, I resolutely disagree with
this
 opinion considering the extensive list of useful tools offered by
space
 travel and the impact it has on the future.
First
 and foremost, since the
prior

 mission of discovering the outer
space
 is to enhance our living standard,
this
 industry has provided us with innumerable inventions and tools which improve the quality of life. Artificial satellite cites itself as a perfect example when it has played an indispensable role in helping humans to be able to anticipate catastrophic natural disaster

 as storms or hurricanes. Without these inventions, we might not be able to take control over our planet as we are nowadays.
Furthermore
, it is the case that we have no element of certainty whether or not there is any other living species outside the layer of our atmosphere.
Therefore
,
space
 exploration would build the groundwork for future generations to establish colonies elsewhere in
space
Suggestion
the space
 once the worst-case scenarios
such
 as alien attack or ecology destruction occur. Some may argue that it is wiser to allocate money to help our own planet, especially as regards the environment, rather than investing in
space
 travel and hope for a backup plan. I feel strongly that it is humans who are destroying the Earth themselves and what
space
 travel offers worth every dollar it is spent on. In conclusion,
although
 it is the belief of some individuals that
space
 exploration barely affects our life, I strongly believe
this
 notion is wrong as discovering the outer
space
 helps improve out living standard and prepare for what may lie ahead of us.
