This issue is being addressed at the global level, however, still, all nations have problems with compliance. From my perspective, I completely agree that the government should develop effective requirements and, in this essay, I will argue my opinion with examples.

A large number of people are considering flats and apartments as their accommodations in urban areas without any open space and gardens. As it has both kinds of impacts on human nature. Because the one basic factor is that family bonds become strong and it is easy to clean. Whereas, the drawbacks are that as it does not contain any garden one can feel stressed and due to the small area unable to do physical activities like outdoor games. I believe that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages hence it is a positive development.
