Large shopping malls are replacing small shops. do you think it is a positive or negative development ?

It is widely believe that large shopping malls are replacing small shops . But there is a strong argument among various section of society. I believe that now a days people mostly prefers to purchase products from a large malls . The
first
and foremost reason is that the
quality
of product that are available in large stores are of good
quality
and with a fixed guaranteed period. To be more specific, goods purchased from small shops may not be of good
quality
and may not be able to satisfy the needs of the customers .
For example
:- A dress purchased from a shopping mall will be of good fabrics and will attracts the attention of the buyer
instead
of a cloth from a cheap market . The
second
worth mentioning reason is that large shopping malls do not cheat on people or manipulates the customers as to assure them that the
quality
of cloth is good . In contrary to
this
, there are some disadvantages of large malls . There are many sections of people in society who thinks that shopping from big or large malls are less beneficial. As the cost of the product are very high and there are many customers who can not afford to buy those clothes . And
also
once they are purchased can not be returned in future if any default occurs. After analysing both the views , I am of the opinion that small shoppingmalls are
also
good for purchasing of product inspite they do not manuplate the customers and do not harm customers interest.
