These days, everywhere, you turn on the TV or flick through the pages of a newspaper, you see news about the doctors and the teachers moving to other nations. The question arises in our mind, why do they leave their countries and what factors are behind it? Many people assume that each year number of individuals leave their countries and prefer to live in other territories in order to secure their future. However, in my opinion there are numbers of factors behind it and right desision on the perfect time, is the only solution for this hurdle. I will support my opinion and will give some solutions at the end of this essay.

Others, however, argued that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. As we believe that any crimes have any triggered to do their actions. Within that, people argue if individuals get involve in any kind or crimes will get the same punishments, whether it based from their circumstances or motivation. But, in my opinion, it has to be treated with different punishments, which is motivation for committing needs to punish more rather than based on the circumstances of an individual.

There is certain number of people who confirm that experiments made on animals should not be legit, while others believe that in some cases it is the most appropriate and effective ways to scientific breakthroughs. This essay will support the latter poit of view, referring to the logic that if a less rigid and harmful way for the same results existed, it definetely whould be imlemented by scientists.

I arguably assume that it is a pivotal policy by governments to reduce substantial problems in the future, which I commence my argument on in the following paragraphs.
