The unlimited use of cars may cause many problems. What are the problems ? In oder to reduce the problems should discourage people to use cars ?

In the era of globalisation, there has been an immense increase in the sage of automobiles and personal
transport
.
However
,
this
has resulted in a various unpleasant affair
such
as global warming and energy crisis which needs to be looked at as the earliest.
Although
limiting the practice of owned vehicles can be an effective solution for these issues, it is unrealistic to expect people to switch to public
transport
completely and abandon their personal means of transportation. There is no doubt that extensive usage of automobiles has led to rising air pollution due to emission of harmful gases especially in urban cities of many developed countries. These toxic gases have stemmed to health matter
such
as lung cancer and asthma among the urban population.
Moreover
, the release of these gases
such
as carbon dioxide and methane from the automobiles due to burning of petroleum products has caused the rise in the level of global warming which has been a serious problem across the globe.
As a result
, the usage of vehicles has been an area of concern for human health as well as for the environment. To address these problems, some public argues that the government should intervene and discourage the mass to use personal vehicles.
However
, I personally feel that the above solution can not entirely resolve these issues in the long run.
Instead
, the government should encourage people to utilise public transportation
instead
of car
transport
every time.
Also
, people must start switching to

benefitting human beings by having a better quality of life. To conclude, even though unlimited use of cars has led to numerous problems, limiting the usage of them can not be effective for the long term. I believe that switching more to electric ride and mass
transport
can help to tackle these troubles in a more constructive way.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • for example
  • for instance
  • to illustrate this
  • to give a clear example
  • such as
  • namely
  • to illustrate
  • take, for example
