to follow the herd by neglecting their true potential. Secondly
, on the social level, people always underestimate or demotivate the child who is not good in their academics or in their overall life

to fall into depression as they avoid to become socialized. Society tries to make them feel inferior to those pupils
who are introverts and not smart. Thirdly
, even on television, many companies advertise their products by comparing inferior and superior children

, recently one commercial tuition classes advertise its brand by showing the tagline as " only for smart students". Such
advertisements demotivate the pupils
who are not well in their academic performance and children
feel inferior. These all factors leads to the isolation of the child who feels he/she is not capable to compete with the world.

should encourage their children
to focus on their talent rather than forcing them to learn disinterested things. Moreover
, we should teach our youngsters how to fight against negative thoughts and biased society. The government should also

to innovate new ideas and explore their new talents. For example

, and increases more activity time so that their pedagogues would get involve with their students and help them by encouraging their talents.
