children should utilize smartphones and tablets to improve their skills, while others are of the opinion that they should be restricted to use them. In my view, the advantages hold a lot more significance than the disadvantages,
therefore
youngsters should be allowed to access the
technology
to improvise their learning. In the
first
half,
this
essay describes why the advantages are better, and in the latter half, about the disadvantages.
To begin
with,
technology
has been on the surge over the past few decades and one of the by-products of
this
development are smartphones and tablets. In the contemporary era, knowledge can be acquired from anywhere, anytime and anyplace.
This
helps poor citizens to educate their children.
For example
, a construction worker may not be able to afford school fees. whereas, with the help of the internet and smartphone he will be able to help his child by creating a similar environment to better his skill set.
Furthermore
, learning from videos and animations helps them to comprehend and visualize things in a better manner.
On the other hand
, technological advancements have had a decent share of criticism because of their vulnerabilities to hackers. If the phones fall in hands of youngsters who isn't mature to use it. It may well lead to a cyber attack. Recently, an experience hit the limelight that a child used his mother's phone and with random clicks to it, some hefty amount from the bank got deducted.
In addition
to that, few adolescents are addicted to pornography. So, constant monitoring of elders would be needed when children are using the
technology
. To summarize,
although
there are advantages and disadvantages associated with
this
issue, the benefits that a child can gain obviously dominates the shortcomings. Thereby, adolescents get to learn a lot of new things if allowed the usage of
technology
.
