Nowadays, we are producing more and more rubbish. Why do you think this is happening? What can the government do to reduce the amount of rubbish produced?

The
amount
of rubbish produced per kilometre square of an area has tripled in the past decade. The
government
has employed various methods to mitigate pollution caused by waste.
However
, the source of the rubbish is yet to be known and is widely based on an individual's opinion.
This
essay will explore the topic of why the rate of debris produced has been increasing over the
years
as well as the
government
's role in remedying the situation. In my opinion, the
amount
of
trash
created has ascended in recent
years
simply due to the rising
population
numbers. The more
population
the greater junk produced. A survey conducted by the New York Times states that the increased
population
caused by urbanization in New York has
also
increased the waste produced by the public by at least 40 per cent. Another cause might be that most society doesn't have the habit of reusing old things.
For example
, in supermarkets,
instead
of reusing a
plastic
or cotton bag,
people
will take new
plastic
bags from supermarkets and dispose of them immediately. If society were to reuse the things they already own they might be able to reduce the
amount
of rubble greatly. The
government
can
also
be a great source of help for reducing the
amount
of
trash
. In recent
years
, the
government
of many countries have decreased the production of
plastic
to a significantly large extent cutting down the percentage of
plastic
produced to approximately 30 per cent but I believe the
government
should invest more in increasing the number of
trash
cans around the country as 70 per cent of
people
tend to
dispose
Add the preposition
ofdispose
show examples
off the
trash
simply because they were unable to locate a dustbin. The
government
should
also
heavily invest in its municipality and
also
on educating the public on the dangers of littering and land pollution. All things considered, in recent
years
the
government
has been doing a good job of controlling the land
population
and will continue to do so in the coming
years
. If more
people
are educated on the dangers of land pollution and more investment be made to
this
area, positive changes will arrive in the near future benefiting the
people
.
