In multi-cultural societies, people of different cultural backgrounds live and work together. Do you think the advantages of multi-cultural societies outweigh the disadvantages?

There are some
communities
all over the world with a variety of
cultures
. In
this
regard,
besides
ample benefits for the
people
who live in these societies, there are some demerits for living in these
communities
;
however
, remember every culture and every belief is respectful, certainly. To commence with advantages,
people
who live in multi-cultural societies will be able to know other traditional customs and become more familiar with other nations and countries so that can know the world better.
In addition
, individuals are free to implement their national and cultural customs
such
as some celebrations or prays because there are many
people
with different
cultures
;
in other words
, a considerable spectrum of beliefs and
cultures
are accepted in these
communities
and usually the government with creating several praying facilities let the
people
do their traditional measures and prays.
On the other hand
, these cultural differences can lead to some issues in society.
For instance
, some laws that the government has enacted maybe are versus some
cultures
in the community.
Moreover
, there are some
people
who are fanatical and obsessive;
hence
, it is possible that some narrow-minded individuals commit some crimes
such
as struggling or street fighting on account of their beliefs. To recapitulate,
people
who live in multi-cultural
communities
often have more freedom for living in their own way, with their own traditional rules and customs; needless to say, cultural differences can make the society face some problems but it can be managed by the government with providing appropriate education and suitable advertising measures.
