development. In my ,opinion it is a positive development. In

essay, I will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages as per my knowledge. On one hand, technology has been rapidly developing due to which we can see an increased demand for these sources. Many

countries

that are rich in

oil

and natural gas availability are economically more developing in comparison to the other

countries

Maternity leave has become a mandatory regulation in many country. During the first month after giving birth, women or mother are recommended or allowed by their workplace to take maternity leave. On the contrary, when a company didn't allow it, it could be considered as a violation towards human's and women's rights. Consequently, massive protests towards that company will likely be occured. Due to this, it can be seen that most people have agreed with this rule and i believe the advantages of taking maternity leave does outweigh its disadvantage. It is true that a huge amount of revenue is spent on the preservation of historic architecture by governments. While some assert that authorities should invest in transportation and building new housing rather than protecting old constructions, I believe that governments should play a role in both of them.

Competition for university study is becoming increasingly strong. Why are universities becoming more competitive? Is this a positive or negative development?
It is conspicuous that in this current era, people have become much more competitive in trying to get a seat in a university. This increasing trend, in my opinion, is just because welfare has increased in various societies, thus, the middle class are able to think about going to university in order to engross themselves in science and other fields of study. This changed attitude definitely is positive on the whole.
