- Although more and more people read news on the Internet, newspapers will remain the most important source of news for the majority of people.
There is a modern trend, which is more using the
internet
to read news, among youngsters because it can be the easiest way to stay updated fresh announcement. But the readers of paper-based newspapers
are still a few because elder people don’t know much about modern technology and this
situation is related to that they aren’t fluent in “how to access the internet
and find accurate statements as well as discriminate between information sources”.
First
and foremost, it is apparent that we are in a constant flux of the digital era, therefore
, individuals now utilize more electrical gadgets, such
as laptops, mobile phones and so on, in their lifestyle compared to the past. And these gadgets’ demand and customer are rapidly increasing these days and people tend to use cellphones to find information and statements due to the fact that they always take it anywhere and anytime apart from sleeping. For instance
, in my case, I almost don’t buy newspapers
because I always read reports on the official websites or pages on the internet
through my computer and mobile phones.
Secondly
, the papers
, which are printed newspapers
, are produced by trees. It is harmful to our environment, and we ought to reduce using paper in order to save nature and most people throw newspapers
as soon as they read them. Although
the wasted papers
are able to recycle, it is observable that lots of presses lose their quality and become papers
with dirty things, after that these papers
are unable the recycling process. For example
, the recycling level of used newspapers
is poor in Mongolia, almost we can’t collect wasted papers
that we used and there are few papers
recycling companies.
Having considered all these concerns, newspapers
, which were the main resource of getting statements in our society, are giving their role to the internet
in recent years. I think most readers are moved into a mode of getting the news on the official websites, and companies also
show the same pattern as readers because they are giving serious attention to their company’s social platforms on the internet
in the last
decade.Submitted by mgl2666 on
