For some time now, due to the rapid growth of urbanization, the public has been encountered by the scarcity of residency. In

case, some people argue that buying their own residence would be financially safe and secure, while others have a counter-argument that renting one would be much easier for temporary purposes. In

essay, I will discuss the main key factors along with my viewpoints. To commence with, there are two main reasons to substantiate for living in the rental houses.

and foremost, owning a

in cities are like sticking their earnings in one place.

Instead

of that people can invest their money in various businesses so that they will get income from many ways.

faced-paced working lifestyle, employers would like to live near to their workplace.

, they often get transferred from area to area. So that, it is a bit difficult to buy an apartment wherever they go for work. Take India,

, a vast number of communities move to city capitals

in developed areas would be expensive.

Consequently

, living in a rented apartment is the only choice for them.

In contrast

, it cannot be denied that buying own

has more benefits than a leased one. To add

, if we live in other property

there will be rules and restrictions by its owners. Especially, if we have any old person or kids in our

we have to adjust ourselves in so many situations.

we can modify the design and furniture according to our safety. Most importantly, people would buy a home merely for their convenience like surroundings, neighbours and availability of services. In conclusion, from my perspective, I believe that both cases have equal benefits and drawbacks.Still owning a

would give us freedom, peace of mind as well as a secured deposit.

As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?
Since there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and individual well-being, and adult people spend a lot of time at work, being content with one’s job could be a top priority, to which many factors such as a high salary and friendly environment remarkably contribute. Accordingly, it is not very realistic to expect everyone to be satisfied with their jobs; however, if some mindsets were improved, job satisfaction would be a more common phenomenon.

Although taking risks in individuals' jobs and lives is thought by some to be essential, other people consider that it can be harmful. In my opinion, I think that risks can bring about more advantages for people compared to any drawbacks they might bring.

Over the last few years, plastic bags,plastic bottles and plastic packing are harmful to the environment and nowadays a lot of things are made of plastic have become one of major problems, that government and residents should pay attention, while people polluted the environment and nature with plastic is the main reason behind this issue, there are several solutions that could be applied. In this essay I will discuss of this issue in the upcoming paragraphs.
