An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their own poorer countries to work in developed countries. What problem does this cause? What solutions can you suggest?
There is no denying that the growing number of the elite groups in undeveloped countries are immigrating from their motherland to relocate to an extended country. In my ,opinion
this
issue could be for multiple reasons. I also
believe that there is much that can be done to address the problem
constructively
One staggering problem
is the lack of machinery. For example
, in the country where I live, we only have limited places to do investigations and experiments which is definitely inadequate for scientists in our modern world. This
is an issue because scientists need the most advanced facilities
in order to improve their knowledge of technology, medicine , and physics. To solve this
problem
, city authorities must invest more in building research laboratories and high-quality devices. As a ,result
the professionals who live in a country decide to stay in their native land rather than immigrate.
A more feasible approach would be for private sections to force governments to develop their Add the preposition

facilities
to provide the space for surveying on various subjects. This
would tackle the problem
quickly. Also
, policies themselves can take the lead to whether their science facilities
are adequate or not. This
would help to establish more if needed. Evidence of the lack of facilities
would create a bad impression. In order to avoid bad publicity, governments should restrict money in providing the best situation to stay subject specialists and experts.
Taking everything into consideration, it is true that the problem
of this
case will probably not be solved quickly . ,However
Add a comma
,However
this
is not a reason to avoid taking action. Governments can encourage change by showing the way forward and taking advantage of the need for achieving the most advanced facilities
