Dear Mr John, I am Ben residing in flat number 208 on the 8th floor.I am writing

this

letter to inform you regarding any inconvenience caused to my daily sleep. My neighbour Willam,staying at flat number 209 is a music lover and he is playing music at a loud volume,which affects my family's sleep routine.I have requested him many times to reduce the volume but unfortunately, he is doing some research works on music which force him to keep the volume high .My wife is 3 months pregnant and she is working as well.

This

noisy environment causes so many difficulties for her as well

however

,I do not want to interrupt Willam as well.I would be grateful if you could make that side of my house walls soundproof. Appreciate it if you could suggest any alternative solutions for

this
