Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter with regard to inform you that I am interested in the part-time voluntary job which was mentioned in yesterday newspaper. I would like to apply for that job. My name is Dian and I am a part-time university student from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta.
As a part-time student, I have plenty of spare time to do things which is useful to me. I consider voluntary work for museums to be a kind of interesting thing to me because I am really interested in arts and history. Moreover
, I choose this
job because the location of your museum is near my house around the corner of my street.
I am great at some computer skills such
as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and programming languages like Java and Python programming. I am not sure what kind of specific skill are you looking for but I hope, the skills that I have would be fulfilled your expectation.
I will be available every weekend and on public holidays from 10 am to 5 pm. I would appreciate it if you can give me the lunch break around 12 to 1 pm.
I look forward to hearing from you soon about this
.
Best regards,
DianSubmitted by dian.t.wiyanti on
