Opinion divide concerning what plays a more important role in people's personality development, nature or nurture. What is your opinion?

No wonder personal
development
is one of the things that people dedicate most of their life to, while some believe that genetic factors are key, others see it as more of an acquired skill. In my opinion
personality
development
is acquired as we nurture our minds with knowledge. We can clearly see how
personality
develops in grown-ups and
kids
, through education, guidance and experience.
Firstly
, I see that with the correct implantation of modern science and psychology, we have many tools that can develop our personalities in different aspects,
such
as problem-solving skills, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
For example
, during my career as a sales manager, I attended several seminars that aid in my
personality
development
, these seminars include, team managing, decision-making skills, and others. These classes have helped me develop my
personality
further
.
Second
,
personality
development
becomes very evident when we observe growing children, and how we as adults guide and mould their
development
. As a father of two
kids
, I have witnessed how their
personality
is developing, as they become more independent as they grow, as
kids
face daily challenges, adults help them to solve these issues, eventually,
kids
learn from adults how to solve these issues by them selfs,
this
is a proof how
personality
development
is not nature but nurture.
Lastly
, I would say science and education along with parental guidance, is what sets
personality
development
.
This
idea that
development
is acquired should inspire every one of us to always work on his
personality
development
, as well as guiding his or her children, family and loved ones to
further
develop their personalities .
