Some people believe that school children should not be given homework by their teachers, whereas others argue that homework plays an important role in the education of children. Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. You should write at least 250 words.

Homework is an essential part of a child' s education because whatever the things they learn at school, a student can recall the same, and it helps in getting good scores and percentages once they get habituated to doing it. Many parents believe that children should not be given any task by their teachers because ,in the parents' perspective, their kid is already feeling stressed after returning back from school every day and have no free time to play or do something productively and the time runs out in period because of the given work at home. And even some parents argue that duty at home plays an important role in the education of any student as it keeps the students concentrated on studies and there should not be any distraction in their studies and getting a good score. And keeping them busy at school or college level may decrease the level of anything that may lead to any other bad habits as well. According to my personal opinion, teachers giving homework to students is good, as they will become honest and disciplined human beings in future, and might be having good decision-making skills and thought processes and well-developed techniques in any field. And it is important that giving too many tasks at home to pupils can often cause depression and it's very hard once they slip into that kind of change. Even if a child makes a feeling that he is not getting any time to play like their other friends, he/she may get disappointed and may commit unusual activity.
