By comparing today’s quality of life with the benefits of new technologies and scientific achievements with human living conditions in past decades and centuries, some people think that now we have much better conditions, and we are living the best time ever in our history. Looking back to the history of even civilized cities in the past shows that they had so many basic issues to deal with. From finding drinking water to difficulties related to human health, were serious challenges for those who lived in the past decades. Some of their main concerns in the past are even out of the question in today’s life.

point of view, I agree with the belief that we are living in better conditions versus previous decades. Life without current facilities and devices now is even impossible to imagine for most people. Technology has changed our lives and made them much easier in many aspects. I personally, cannot even imagine how hard it was to live in a world without electricity. Human achievements in high-tech and other sciences are fascinating, but when it comes to artworks, I wish I could live in the 80s. The 1980s was a time of great pop culture. Some of the top and most creative musicians and film directors belong to that era. The decade was full of new and fun experiences in cloth fashion, new music genders, Walkman, and other interesting concepts.
