In many workplaces, there is a natural conflict between younger and older employees related to job opportunities as they try to get the same jobs. In my opinion, this can impact staff morale in a number of ways, and the best solutions involve competent management and hiring practices.

The internet revolution is rapidly accelerating at a faster pace. However, some people argue that due to the advancement in technology, one cannot rely on the authenticity of the information that they are receiving from the internet, As many of them could be fake or just a publicity stunt. I partially agree with the above statements and will discuss the possible reasons behind this cause.
