Some people believe that school children should not be given homework by their teachers, whereas others argue that homework plays an important role in the education of children. Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Many parents think that
homework
provided by the teachers is critical for independent learning, while others argue that study should stay in the classroom. In my opinion, in today's competitive world, no extra study is not viable, and in
this
essay, I will discuss both aspects briefly. To commence, normally each period of school is for 45minutes to one hour and during
this
time teacher can explain methods and some examples of a subject question, not the whole practice question.
Also
, according to a number of research, some subjects require practice and revision,
for example
, maths is the subject where

practice is necessary, and biology needs memorising the terminology.
Moreover
, a classroom contains many children and it's impossible to pay equal attention to each pupil. In all
such
scenarios to match up with the curriculum and class, tutees need to do extra work, which can be achieved by doing
homework
.
Furthermore
,
homework
is a very good way to teach disciples of independent study that helps them during their university education.
However
, self-study
also
has some demerits,
for instance
, some education institute gives very lengthy
homework
, and by the time student finish it, they do not have any time left for themself. Along with it, at the early age of schooling, schoolers require some help from their parents to do the
homework
, and if both parents are working, it becomes difficult for the children and lag in the classroom. In conclusion,
homework
should be given in a moderate quantity
then
only it can help to grow a child in a successful way.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
