A friend has written to you asking for advice about a problem at work. You have had a similar problem in the past. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: tell your friend you understand the problem explain what happened to you in the past suggest a possible solution to this problem.

Dear Chathuranga, Hope
this
finds you well. It was so nice to hear from you after a long time. I have noticed, that you are seeking some advice for some technical issues that you are currently facing. I had a similar sort of issue when I was working at your division, working through the VPN makes troubles more often. So, I understand what you are going through right now. I got stuck at times when I was transferring base station traffic from one node to another. It is quite hard to explain how I felt on those occasions. I had to work overnights because of
this
issue that we have in our network. Luckily, I found a solution for
this
issue after a few months of experiments. I changed my dongle into an XPN brand. It worked smoothly and there were no disconnections.
That is
how I ended my nightmare. I hope it will work for you as well. Let me stop here, if you need
further
information, please feel free to call me on my mobile number. Best wishes, Supun
