will help you, I was staying in a two-bedroom apartment with my classmate very near to the university on tank road. It was just ten minutes walk for me to reach college. I recommend you to find accommodation nearby only. Do not go out with an agent hunting for apartments, rather try searching on the internet and finalize three or four places

then

go there to check them out personally to check the area and convenience of market, food and emergency facilities.

However

These days, several people think, if the fuel price rate increases, which prevents people from using more and more personalised vehicles. This is because the surge of the figure may unable to afford for the majority of the population; eventually, they may start to depend on the public transports, rather than their own car. Take car pooling as an example, this was the new initiative, when the government introduced a new method to counteract the problem of pollution by doubling petroleum oil rate. And they were successful for a great extent. Many reports have shown that this hike reduced the amount of carbon emission in the atmosphere significantly.
