You have discovered a lot of rubbish in a lake near where you live. In the past, the lake had always been clean. Write a letter to the local council. In your letter: describe the type of rubbish that you saw in the lake explain where you think the waste has come from suggest what the council should do about the problem

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
to express my concerns about the city lake, which is currently becoming a waste dumping area.
First
, let me explain my observations. Starting from the
first
week of
this
month, I saw some polyethene products floating on the waters of the lake, and
then
later the western part of the lake became a dumping site of leftovers. I suspect
this
waste is coming from the newly opened hotel, as I can not remember something like
this
happening before their arrival.
Moreover
, some of the plastic bottles that I saw floating on the water, are currently used in the hotel to serve their guests.
Finally
, I would like to suggest conducting an immediate investigation and penalising those who are responsible for doing these things.
Furthermore
, it would be great if you can install a CCTV system around
this
area to monitor bad behaviours like
this
. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Supun
