Some people think that private companies should not be allowed to carry out any technology. Only the government can do it. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, technological developments are rapidly increasing . Some people have an opinion that private
firms
must be restricted in
research
about technology and that only governments should be allowed to carry out
research
. To a great ,extent I disagree with
this
statement and the reasons for my opinion will be stated
further
in
this
essay . The lion reason is most of the developments that are helpful to the citizens are from private organisations . Private
firms
have a proper
management
structure and they will be more efficient than the
government
. The
government
have a lot of jobs to do for the citizens and they will not be able to focus on the technological
research
field ,
thus
most of the developments will get delayed .
Furthermore
, as the private
firms
work on the basis of investors , they will have to satisfy the investors about the progress .
Thus
they will work their maximum for the sustainability of the company . When it comes to the
government
, technological
research
will be publicly funded , employers will not be concerned about the funding and pressure from
management
and there are fewer chances for them to work productively .
Moreover
, the recruitment to
government
-related jobs is based on exams like PSC , civil service examination and the like . The
government
will not be able to find talented and passionate employers through similar exams for specific jobs like scientists, graphic designers and the like .
On the other hand
, private
firms
will have a recruitment system for identifying their desired employe for technological
research
. To conclude , private
firms
are efficient due to various factors like pressure from investors and
management
and private
firms
are productive and have

to recruit appropriate employees.
Therefore
