Numerous health issues are being faced by people who live in big cities due to air pollution. As many factors can contribute to
this
, the most notorious ones are gas-powered vehicles and exhaust from the factories that can be found in these cities.
This
essay will discuss the causes of
this
particular issue and suggest some solutions. The
first
cause of air contamination that I would like to discuss is gas or petrol-powered automobiles. There is a huge number of these vehicles as almost everyone who lives in the
city
owns them. During any sort of commute, the combustion engine spits a tremendous amount of smoke from itself which is basically a by-product of burning the fuel to run the vehicle. The smoke from these cars can lead to various heart problems and lungs related issues. The solution to

means of transportation which despite being a new technology, is being adopted in many countries due to their dire need. Every
city
has an industrial area among itself where all the factories are. These factories have immense production power and operate at full capacity. The smoke coming from them directly

the climate of the

that all the residents eventually breathe. The solution to
this
could be regulatory controls in the cities for these industries and maintenance checks so that the pollution could be controlled up to some extent.
Moreover
,in my opinion, the industry should not be inside a
city
, as there are only a limited number of ways we can contain their pollution. If we closely monitor the situation we will realise that
this
matter requires urgent action by the authorities of the metropolitan areas as the lives of those who live there are at stake.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
