In some countries, only a few young people go to classical music concerts or play classical music. Why? Should young people be encouraged to attend and learn more?

In some a,places very limited number of folks attend classical concerts and learn to play classical tunes. In my ,opinion it is not necessary to encourage them in learning classical-based singing because everyone has their own taste.
Firstly
, the classical opera era vanished and the community are more interested in other genres of
music
and they are getting attached to western
music
. Classical
music
no longer has more popularity than it used to have in the ancient era. Most of the population is young people attending concerts which are based on rap, and hip hop. On behalf of
this
, the majority of folks consider classical
music
outdated.
This
is the prime reason, why humans are interested in either attending classical
music
concerts or learning to play
this
genre of
music
.
In addition
, it is not mandatory to encourage folks to learn how to play classical
music
. Different individuals have their own respective choices regarding the genre of
music
be it classical or western. Making them learn what they are not interested in would not yield good results and it will be a waste of time and effort. In terms of entertainment, many young people now find it more enjoyable to listen to western genres and most of them are getting involved in learning western
music
genres
such
as rap, hip hop and many more. In conclusion, individuals should not be forced to learn classical
music
. It is something which is based on there and
this
is the reason why a very limited number of people are involved in classical
music
.
