Some people believe that developments in the field of artificial intelligence will have a positive impact on our lives in the near future. To what extent do you agree or disagree?Today

Need is the mother of every invention. Today we have entered a world where everyone is looking at saving
time
and energy and
this
has led to the invention of artificial
intelligence
. What is artificial
intelligence
? Yes, having machines do everything for you is artificial
intelligence
. We see artificial
intelligence
everywhere around us today
for example
when we look for something on Amazon for the
next
few days we see advertisements related to that whenever we browse anything on google. How does
this
happen? How does the internet know what ads to show is.
This
is nothing but artificial
intelligence
. Every coin has two sides and so does artificial
intelligence
. There are some advantages and some disadvantages. Looking into the bright side of it, it actually helps us save a lot of
time
. The
time
and energy that we save can be invested in doing something else. You can actually use that
time
in doing some exercise or spend that
time
with family. You can
also
use that
time
to develop new skills. You can invest that
time
in enhancing your skills. You have robots that can clean your house.
Such
robots which are a gift of artificial
intelligence
are
such
a boon to people who are old enough and find it difficult to do
such
cleaning activities.
On the other hand
, there are a few demerits as well. If we start replacing all human activities with machines, a lot of people would end up losing their jobs. It would make people lazy and depend on technology altogether.
As a result
of
this
, when these machines break down or the systems do not perform properly they would not know how to do things on their own. Artificial
intelligence
would reduce human interactions with others and make life very lonely which could lead to some mental health issues. Technology can be a boon or a curse depending on the extent of its use. If things are used in an appropriate manner they can really be helpful. So it is up to each individual how to take advantage of
this
technology.
