Because of rising cost of housing, many young people are forced to live with their parents into their 30s .do the disadvantages outweigh the advantages ?

The cost of living has become less affordable compared to what it was in the past.
As a result
, young people have become dependent on their families and tend to stay in their family homes even in their 30s. While
this
can sometimes be beneficial, I will discuss why it is ultimately a negative trend. There may be some positive aspects of living with one's
parents
as
children
can take care of them as well as provide any help with the household chores.
In addition
,they may be able to support them financially by paying a few bills here and there and doing grocery shopping for them.
Parents
who are unwell need someone to look after them and if their
children
are around,they feel better emotionally
thus
spending
this
extra time together can strengthen the bonds between generations.
On the other hand
,it is beneficial for
children
as buying a property or renting one might not be possible for them due to exorbitant rates, so by staying with their
parents
they save money without getting into mortgage payments and debts. Some of the drawbacks of not leaving their parent's house when in their 30s is dependence. It can have financial implications for
parents
, particularly those who have retired or are planning to retire.
Furthermore
, creating financial constraints for their folks as they have increased costs of paying water and electricity bills for more members in the house.
This
might lead to friction in the families if the responsibilities are not equally shared and
children
are unlikely to compensate fully for the expenses, leading to a negative impact on
parents
who value independence highly and may feel a sense of failure. I conclude by stating that as the cost of living rises,
children
may continue to live at home longer.
However
,the situation tends to have more problems than benefits ,especially for
parents
. It is very important that youngsters' are not a burden on their
parents
in their old age, but they strive to make a mark on their own and carve a niche for themselves by being independent .They should take care of their
parents
and support them financially and mentally ,rather than seeking any kind of benefits from them.
