Some parents spend little free time with their children today. Why is this? Who do you think this affects more, parents or children?

Modern lifestyle has a great impact on families, and more challenges are facing
parents
nowadays. Some newly introduced jobs with distance work and more work hours, with the new technology and social media networks, have made
parents
spend more
time
out of home rather than having quality
time
with their
children
, which are the most affected.
Children
are demanding, and raising them well requires a lot of effort from the
parents
, I personally believe that before having a child, couples should assess and reprogram their lifestyle, habits, and behaviours to be able to cope with the upcoming change. The world wide web in my opinion and the invention of many digital applications that creates a virtual life people can live is the thing that should be blamed the most for the deterioration in parenting. Many studies have shown that
children
's psychological health is mostly affected by the reduction in
time
spent with them and that
children
having more family
time
with good parental relationships have better mental health. In any house, sometimes rules are needed to reduce
time
waste and spend more of the day listening to the
children
, like gathering around food for dinner, or asking them about their day and friends and the things they are interested in the most, and break the ice to reduce the age gap between
parents
and
children
. At
last
, many solutions could be suggested, but mostly it is the parent's responsibility to take more care of their kids' needs and be closer to them.
