Some people believe that professionals such as doctors and engineers should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Nowadays, especially in developing countries, students have been struggling with ongoing problems and trying to go through the obstacles to immigrate and gain their education dream at the graduate level. They try to get their PhD,
for example
. While some people think that they should stay in the same country
they were educated in, others think it's unfair and choosing where to work as a doctor or engineer is a matter of freedom. In this
essay, I will look through both views and elaborate on my contention.
As a graduate student coming from a third
-world country
, I admit that there no adequate updated facilities exist. As a result
, many young people decide to immigrate to a developed country
to face their chances. Although
a considerable number of them remain in that country
for the rest of their lives, the others feel responsible for their home country
where they were born and brought up. In terms of professionals' immigration to other countries, lack of proper job positions or the low income they get due to the amount of hard work they have to do. For instance
, although
my husband and I both have decided to live in Canada for studying and working, we will definitely come back to our own country
.
The first
opinion indicates that consuming a country
's amenities and infrastructures must make people compensate by living there, paying taxes and providing different services for the other habitats. It's completely in contrast
with globalization. This
also
leads the world to some not delightful consequences, such
as the growing population of immigrants in some particular countries which respectively does not let experience, developed technology and science be cultivated in other parts of the world.
In conclusion, after this
essay has manifested the above-mentioned points, I should reiterate that I'm completely opposed to the first
point of view. It has nothing to do with humanitarian thoughts.Submitted by shojaeiazad.setareh on
