In today’s age, we have done many advancements in the field of
medicine
and developed many technologies, but with the growing advancements in the medical ,sector we can

see a rise in the different types of diseases. Some of these health problems were not so common in the previous generations but can be frequently seen nowadays,

, we can take diabetes or obesity. The causes of these problems can be our fast and uncertain lifestyle. These problems can generally be long-term and can be very costly to treat.

Alternative
medicines can cost less than mainstream

but it takes a lot of time to take effect and requires the
