, working hard is an element to fulfil their necessities, including indulging themselves through what we called as self-rewarding. This
term appears as a manifestation of the work-life balance idea, where people
tend to allocate some money
from their salary to buy happiness. For example
, after doing or completing a hard task with lots of burdens and sacrifices in work or etc, people
celebrate their satisfying result by buying luxurious things like gadgets, jewellery, luxury brands or etc. It's usually done to appreciate their hard work and motivate themselves to be better at upcoming projects.
On the other side, some people

they get from working hard should be invested in the right sectors. This
is a futuristic view within some people
's vision in order to guarantee their life after resigning or retiring from office. For instance
