You travelled by a long distance bus recently and your suitcase was damaged. Write a letter to the bus company. In your letter •Inform the bus company of when and to where you travelled •Describe your suitcase and what happened to it •Explain why the company should pay for a new suitcase

Dear Manager I Mr Ravi who has been travelled on your bus service from Vancouver to Surrey on 10th March. The bus left the point at 9AM in the morning and reached the destination at 10PM on the same day.
However
, there was an incident which took place during the trip which I cannot even think of it in my dream. In fact, I boarded the bus with one suitcase despite the two baggage options and unfortunately, there was massive damage to my bag. I was blown away to see my lavish bag which has mesmerizing colour in terrible condition without wheels and whole on it.
In addition
, it has got an elegant design with tiny shapes which make us hold the bag without any trouble. As you heard, I had taken my baggage insurance for my trip and I kept the luggage in the right place as per the given instructions.
Hence
, I would appeal to you to please pay the damage cost and I would appreciate it make the payment at utmost priority. look forward to hearing an update to
this
letter with a piece of good news about the damage cost payment date. Best regards, Lakshmi.
