I will not be available in March. I am travelling to New York next Monday to meet an important client. As you know, I have been responsible for my company's US branches,
this
meeting is important to my company. Is it possible to change the date of travelling? I will be back on April 1st. let me know your convenient time. I will take one week's leave to ensure that I have enough time to spend with you. You don't have to worry about the accommodation, plenty of space is available in my home. I will bake to strawberry tart, your favourite, though I am a disaster in the kitchen. I eagerly waiting for your reply. Best wishes, Jennifer

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
