A break is essential in a busy life. Stressful and busy lives destroy people's health. However, I partly agree with this approach, as I believe it could depend on individuals and their ways to tackle it.

We cannot deny that there are some elements of imbalance within a few countries on the proposition of young adults mixed to society among their older counterparts. Some believe it has its own limitations but others argue its advantages. I wanted to explain both views but support my claim with substantiated examples of the latter.
