For the past year, you have been a member of a local club. Now you want to discontinue your membership. Write a letter to the club secretary. In your letter - state what type of membership you have and how you have paid for this - give details on how you have benefited from the club - explain why you want to leave

Dear Mr. Kalvin, My name is Heena Chadda. I have been an exultant member of your club for about 1 year. I first enrolled in Bronz membership in 2022, and the next year my membership was upgraded to silver with a fee of $50, paid every first Monday of the month. I regret to say that I can no longer continue my participation in the organisation as I will relocate to a different city soon. Your enterprise has given me numerous benefits by providing activities,
such
as yoga classes that I am really fond of,
as well as
excess to the gymnasium and swimming pool.
Moreover
, There are always generous discounts on the food in the buffet restaurant. Even though, I have enjoyed my excess to the library which helped me read many books. Sadly, I have to discontinue my enrollment at
this
premise. The reason is that I will move to another city very soon.
Thus
, I would no longer be able to attend the activities help in that place. When I would be able to get my deposit of $250 to me? It is receiveable upon the cancellation of membership. Please advise if there is any form that I need to fill in. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours Sincerely, Heena Chadda
