You recently attended a series of English lessons in a language school. However, you were unhappy with the teaching quality. Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter: • explain why you chose to study English at the school • describe the problems you had with the lessons • suggest how the classes could be improved
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to complain to you about problems that exist in teaching. I regret to say that I am quite disappointed with the quality you are offering. if you compare with fees and other expenses. It is not up to the mark.
I decided to learn English
as I intend to attend the IELTS English
exam in the upcoming months. I would like to pursue my dream that is
studying abroad and gaining experience.
However
, it seems that I have wasted time, money and energy as well. Staff is unable to explain topics in detail namely no explanation and examples. Multiple times staff told us personal stories which are irrelevant to English
coaching. Overall
, it was disorganized which caused us trouble in understanding the subject.
I hope that you would consider my feedback seriously and try to improve it. I do have some pointers which may consider in future. I suggest providing topic details at least one day before, instead
of giving a handout at the end
you may provide them in the beginning. Please ask your staff to be precise about the topic and avert any personal or unrelated stories. It may sound interesting, but it is unrelated to the English
course.
Thank you for giving me an opportunity to feedback on the session. I hope to see an improved version.
Yours Faithfully,
Mr. Ajith KumarSubmitted by tb38 on
