I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a trip we have had that was organised by your company. “Explorer” is the name of that tour, in four days and three nights, which started
last
Monday.
The first thing was the bus came late on the second day without any notice. My family were informed the day before that the bus will show up and pick us up at 7:30am but Linking Words

we wait until 7:50am. A family with two childs has to get up early for the preparation. We hurried for fear that we could be late.

, when we arrived at the Park, the staff at Aquarium section informed that there were additional fees at entrance.
We are requesting a refund of the fees we have been extra charge on that trip - the receipt in file attached below and we hope your company should plan more carefully about schedule.
