"Some people choose to eat no meat or fish. They believe that this is not only better for their own health but also benefits the world as a whole. Discuss this view and give your own opinion."

Nowadays,
people
have lots of options related to food. Many of them avoid using
fish
and
meat
in their
diet
because they think
that is
good for their health and has a positive impact on the
environment
as well. In my point of view, adopting a vegetarian
diet
is beneficial for a healthy lifestyle and the
environment
, but eating
fish
and
meat
is more important because of their nutritional value.
To begin
with, some
people
argue that a
diet
without
fish
and
meat
will give them a nice body and
also
reduce the environmental issue.
According to
vegetarians, by removing
fish
and
meat
from their daily meals, they may maintain a nice body and avoid various diseases. The amount of fat and cholesterol in these kinds of food may bring them chronic illnesses
such
as obesity and heart disease.
For example
, the fat guy is thought that he

overweight because he eats too much
fish
and
meat
instead
of vegetables.
Secondly
, consuming
fish
and
meat
will make a great impact on the
environment
indirectly. As human consumption of
fish
and
meat
increases, the level of deforestation increases.
People
tend to destroy the forest to make more space for breeding and
this
causes greenhouse gasses which makes a huge impact on the
environment
.
For example
, since cow farming is popular, cows make lots of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and it impacts our
environment
a lot. In my opinion,
meat
and
fish
play a vital role in providing our growing process with vitamins and nutrition. Both are the main sources of protein and provide a significant amount of animal fat as well. They contain high amounts of nutrition
as well as
various kinds of minerals that are advantageous for our health.
As a consequence
of not having
meat
and
fish
in daily meals,
people
will not gain proteins and fats so they will not have enough energy for their daily activities.
For instance
, some of my acquaintances try to follow a vegetarian
diet
for a few days, and they always feel exhausted and can not do anything well.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
