Generally, people require a lot of time to adapt because a lot of things change, from the way they make jokes with their friends to using it in their professional life. Additionally, in certain countries, the natives may still treat people with different background as an outcast.

I partially agree with such a point of view because even though all the ways mentioned before are correct to get an opportunity in the work environment, some of them are more remarkable, consequently, people can change their careers.
