The two pie diagrams compare the pollution of a specific area of the ocean in two different years, 1997 and 2007.
Overall
, it can be inferred from these graphs that the main source of pollution had always been the air,
while
a parameter disappeared in 2007 and others altered in percentage.
It is clear that
the percentage of pollutants from the air did not almost change in value, in ,fact it passed from 30% in 1997 to 33% in 2007, keeping the first position in the ranking.
Furthermore

also
domestic sewage maintains its second place, even if it had a significant increase in 2007 reaching around a third of the total pollution sources.  What changed the most is the impact of marine transport waste, which decrease exponentially its values passing from 22% to 8%.
Moreover
, the litter voice, which had a percentage of 4%, felt since it disappeared in 2007.
Also
the industrial and the farm wastes were reduced by 7% and 2% respectively.
However
, off-shore oil had an explosion, in ,fact it started at 5% in 1997 and ended at 15% in 2007.
