Dear Rohit,
I hope you are doing well. Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Kiran Singh an engineer travelling to Seoul for a language training course. I am very excited to learn the Korean language which would help my stay in Seoul. I am extremely grateful to your family for allowing me to stay with you during my training period.
To give you additional details about myself, I am a hardworking, independent woman in tech. I love travelling and exploring new places and cultures. I am looking forward to learning about your culture and being a good guest.
I would like to understand your meal preferences. Does your family prefer vegetarian or meat or pescatarian food choices? I am open to any meal preference and I would be willing to fit in your schedule. Please let me know if there's something I should know about any adjustments I should make during my stay at your house.
I would like to thank you for your generous offer of letting me stay at your house.
Yours faithfully,
Kiran
