Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others think that the circumstances of a crime, and the reason for committing it should be considered when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both views.

The administration of justice in each country may have its laws.
Although
 some
people
 are advocates a fixed edict, others care about the circumstances of the
crime
. I will examine both views and express my opinion. Some
people
 believe that if there is a fixed sentence for all
people
, it can make it possible to eliminate
crime
 in society. In
such
 a way that every person thinks about the result before committing a
crime
, which causes him to refrain from doing it.
Although
 the existence of a definitive verdict regardless of the circumstances and words of the accused makes the court have a faster process, it may cause the judge to make a mistake and punish a person unjustly, which may not be refundable. Others believe that they should examine the conditions and situations of the criminal to know what was the motivation of the person to commit the
crime
. If the motivation of these
people
 is identified and investigated by psychologists, it may be possible to prevent its repetition in the form of various trainings in society. which can ultimately reduce
crime
 statistics scientifically and experimentally.

someone
 unintentionally causes
someone
's death in self-defence, he should not receive the same sentence as
someone
 who murdered for no reason or out of spite. In my opinion, the law should be the same for all
people
, but justice generally does not mean that there is a penalty for all situations, because
someone
 with mental disorders may not be able to understand the rules correctly and may not be able to follow logic.
