many people in cities live alone or small family units rather to live with extend family. Do you think this development is negative or positive

With time changes, an increasing number of
people
tend to live themselves or choose to live with their own small family units.
Although
some
people
assume that it may cause a negative impact, I personally believe that
this
development will become a positive consequence. Living alone or living with small family members is surely beneficial to
people
’s quality of
life
in modern society.
Firstly
, younger generations now care about whether they have their own
space
. As
people
in
this
society are more focused on mental health, owning a private
space
to do their leisure activities can release stress. If
people
live with big families, it is hard to have their own room or have good voice prevention. Doing leisure activities may disrupt others easily,
such
as playing video games, or playing guitar or piano which may produce large sounds.
Thus
, living themselves can have more of their own
space
without bothering their family.
Secondly
, living with a large size family can cause more chances to have disputes.
People
living together must need to face different opinions of family members. Even siblings with the same parents, still have a variety of values on one thing. If they cannot have an openminded attitude, It may result in lots of conflicts and stressful
life
. In
this
case, it may cause a worse
life
quality. With the importance of having a better quality of
life
,
people
who live themselves can definitely have personal
space
and fewer arguments with family.
Consequently
, the trend that shrinking family size has a positive effect nowadays.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
