 some individuals think the government should support that artist, others believe that the political field should not involve them. The following essay takes a look at both sides of the argument. To start with, the artist has always been finding complex changes in financing, and most of them have to recur to different kinds of programs to be available to show and exhibit their pieces to the public.
According to
 experts, 5 out of 6 artists must find a way to present their artwork in museums or live shows, taking money from their pockets.
