Opinions are often divergent regarding whether this phenomenon has represented challenges or opportunities for economic growth and social development. Despite the benefit of an aging, experienced workforce involving their higher job satisfaction, lower job switching rates, and greater commitment to their work, emerging strains on government budgets and healthcare systems are more prevalent.

In spite of the technological advancement, more and more people accepted to the animal rights, whereas the other belive that animals are the main resources for human to aim their target, such as doing research. This essay firmly agrees that it is beneficial for human to preserve and give animal a right on account to the ecosystematic balance and the new way of solving environmental problems, despite those who assume that researching purpose is more advantageous.

Nowadays in four corners of this tumultuous world, in some of countries people prefer to buy a house or an apartment substitute to renting that. In my solid opinion it is a repercussion of the price volatilities meanwhile it is a positive situation.

Entertainment has been the top priority of the majority of people in this stressful world. So, entertainers like comedians and singers are earning more money than other professionals like doctors, and nurses. I completely agree with the notion that these people who are from the field of entertainment are earning much more than the previous decade.
