The diagram below shows process for recycling platic bottles.
The flow diagram illustrates the recycling process of
plastic
bottles.
Overall
, the recycling procedure of plastic
bottles consists of 9 distinct phase which starts with collecting the plastic
materials with specific cars and converting them to raw materials through sophisticated processes.
According to
the diagram, in the first stage
, the plastic
stuff is dropped and kept in special recycle bins until they are collected by particular trucks in the second stage
. The collected plastics are transferred to the recycling factories and employers sort them into different categories. In the fourth step, the sorted plastics are turned into compacted blocks. At the following stage
, the end products of the previous stage
are crushed with winning blades and for being washed they are transferred into a water pool. The washed plastics are turned into pellets by a special machine. Then
, for producing raw material, the pellets are heated by heating devices. At the end
of the cycle, these raw materials are used for the production of plastic
dishes, bottles, bags and also
stationary stuff such
as pencils. Again, this
process repeats and the used products are dropped in recycle bins.Submitted by z.rajabi on
